Terms and Conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you order from judhur.net. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are buying from

Judhur is an Egyptian farm-to-table food brand, selling honey and olive oil directly from the farms that produce them. 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. Reach a person at sales@judhur.net or on WhatsApp at 01020003919.

Prices

Every price on the site is in Egyptian pounds and is the amount you pay. Nothing is added at checkout — Judhur is not tax-registered, so there is no tax line on your order.

Where a product shows a founding price, that is an opening offer and the figure beside it is the price the product returns to afterwards. Founding prices can end at any time; the price you saw when you ordered is the price you pay.

Ordering and paying

You place the order on the site and pay by InstaPay transfer, then send us the receipt. Please write your order number in the transfer note — it is how we match your payment to your order.

An order is confirmed when we have matched your transfer, not when you place it. If we cannot match a transfer within 48 hours, we contact you before doing anything else.

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. We contact you after your order is confirmed to agree the timing, and tell you the delivery cost before you commit to it.

If something is out of stock

These are small batches from real farms, and occasionally a batch runs out between your order and our packing it. If that happens after you have paid, you choose: wait for the next batch, swap it for something else, or take a full refund. We do not decide that for you.

Returns and exchanges

Set out in full on the returns page, and the short version is this: if a jar arrives broken, unsealed, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you completely and we pay the shipping. Food that has been opened cannot come back. Tell us within three days of delivery.

Your information

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number and address. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it, and we give the courier only what they need to find you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version on it when you order is the one that applies to your order.

The law

Egyptian law governs these terms, and Egyptian courts settle any dispute under them. Nothing here reduces the rights Egyptian consumer protection law gives you.
