Origin

From the nectar of citrus blossoms, including orange, lemon and other citrus trees during their flowering season. The blossom gives the honey its distinctive character.

The Nature of Honey

Natural honey can crystallise over time, and it may happen faster in colder conditions depending on the variety and its composition. Crystallisation is not a fault and does not mean the honey has gone bad. To return it to a liquid state, place the jar in warm — not hot — water until it loosens again.
