Real Food Starts Somewhere.

The harvest date is printed on the authenticity card that comes with it.

A rich, distinctive honey — from a short season and a blossom with a long-standing place in honey culture.

Origin

From the blossom of the sidr tree during its short flowering season in autumn. A limited season, and part of what defines sidr honey.

Colour & Taste

A deep amber colour with a thick texture and a rich, distinctive flavour that lingers after the spoon.

Its Place

Sidr has long been associated with hospitality and generosity across Arab honey culture. A honey served to guests, and enjoyed when the honey itself is the occasion.

At the Table

A spoon at breakfast, with a warm drink, alongside yoghurt or qareesh cheese, or simply on its own.

The Nature of Honey

Natural honey can crystallise over time, and it may happen faster in colder conditions depending on the variety and its composition. Crystallisation is not a fault and does not mean the honey has gone bad. To return it to a liquid state, place the jar in warm — not hot — water until it loosens again.
